2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

3. Requesting a Refund

Since our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, they handle returns and refunds. However, strictly for product-related satisfaction, you can reach out to us directly first.

To request a refund, please email us at alishour.dev@outlook.com with your transaction ID or email address associated with the account.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle outside of the 14-day window.
